Tobias
Davidson BSc BArch (Hons) RIBA . Director
After graduating with a first class honours degree
from the University of Newcastle in 1992, Tobias moved to Berlin
to participate in the reconstruction of the city following German
reunification. He returned to London in 1997 and joined leading
social housing practice and winners of the Greenwich Millennium
Village competition, HTA Architects, to work on masterplanning,
urban regeneration and housing projects. Between 2003 and 2006 Tobias
worked with Weston Williamson, architects of the London Bridge Jubilee
Line Station, and with Building Design Architect of the Year (2005),
Bennetts Associates.
Tobias has tutored 1st Year and 3rd Year architecture
students at Cardiff University since 2003 and has been a guest critic
at Oxford Brookes University. He endeavours to be articulate and
straightforward about every aspect of the practice of architecture
and looks forward to maintaining a rewarding balance between practising,
and theorising about, architecture.
