Hyde Park Place, Westminster - Visualisation

James wanted to approach the planners to gauge the likelihood of receiving planning approval to add a further floor to his penthouse apartment overlooking Hyde Park. We illustrated a number of options through the use of photomontage. Unfortunately, restrictions on the freehold proved an obstacle to any further development.
